You will work with the planning lead and scheduler to status progress in the project schedule. You will collaborate with the project team, shop technicians, QC, QA, supply chain, planning, and manufacturing engineering when issues arise. You will report to the Manager I&C QA and Ops Planning and will be fully on-site located at the Warrendale, PA Facility.Key Responsibilities:Create/maintain production orders in SAPWork with Manufacturing Engineering and shop Technicians in development of production order operationsParticipate in weekly Purchasing meeting to ensure procurements are on scheduleTrack open demand activities (purchase requisitions, purchase orders, inspection lots and production orders) to ensure projects stay on scheduleWork with Quality Control to prioritize inspections of procured and manufactured goodsWork with Shop Manager on weekly schedule for work assignmentsRelease material picks to the storeroom for material issued to production ordersManufacturing Transformation Initiative supportCreate/maintain bills of material in SAP for representative product drawingsProvide labor estimates for representative product drawingsQualifications: Bachelor's degree, (project, operations or business management preferred). Proficient in SAP particularly PP and QM modules. Strong background in Excel preferred. Familiar with P-6, Enovia and Sharepoint. 8+ years previous experience in a similar role. Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office products.We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $76,400 -$95,500 per year.
