As a Facility Maintenance Repair II (Maintenance Welder), you’ll blend millwright/boilermaker skills with precision welding to troubleshoot, repair, and restore equipment across our 24/7 operation.A day in the lifeStart each shift focused on what matters most: Health & Safety is our #1 priority and we live it 3-6-5!Diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and disassemble/rebuild mechanical components as needed.Weld and fabricate to spec; use a cutting torch (propylene) for demolition or precision cuts.Test equipment after repair/assembly to verify performance against manufacturer specifications.Leverage computer-based instrumentation to run diagnostics and execute work orders.Support plant systems such as conveyors, pumps, and elevators; other duties as assigned.Union-covered role, schedule, and pay***This position is covered under a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Pay, schedule, and testing requirements are governed by the union contract.Work Schedule (per CBA): Rotating shift schedule consisting of 4 day shifts/4 off (on-call), followed by 4 night shifts/4 off (off-call).
