Gastroenterologist - ERCP

The Hospitals of Providence East Campus is seeking an Advanced Gastroenterologist with ERCP capability to join a well-established, high-performing 16-provider team in El Paso, TX. This full-time employed position offers clinical autonomy within a Tenet-affiliated group, supported by in-house billing, coding, and collections. Practice Info
- Employed position within an established Tenet-affiliated group
- Large, collaborative group of 16 providers
- Practice mix: Approximately 80% outpatient / 20% inpatient
- In-house billing, coding, and collections team
- Access to the latest medical procedures and equipment
Compensation
- Guaranteed base salary with production bonus (wRVU-based)
- Call pay provided on top of base compensation
- Bonus Offered: Negotiable
- Relocation assistance

Shift & Schedule
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Call: Approximately 5-7 days per month
Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board eligible or board certified in Gastroenterology
- Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- ERCP experience required
- EUS experience a plus
- J-1 or H-1B visas accepted
