Job Title: Phlebotomist I Job Location: Las Vegas, NV Job Duration: 3 Months (Possibility of Extension) Shift: Tue – Sat 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST. Pay Range: $19 – $23/hour on W2 – All inclusive. Job Description: The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) serves as the face of the company for patients seeking healthcare services, either for routine care or critical health decisions. The PSR I is responsible for drawing high-quality blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing, following established practices and procedures. This position involves direct patient interaction, where the PSR I ensure a trusting and confident environment by clearly explaining procedures and performing blood draws in a safe, accurate, and skillful manner. The PSR I is expected to demonstrate leadership behaviors, focusing on process excellence, confidentiality, and precision in patient information. Work Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience. REQUIRED. One(+) years phlebotomy experience preferred. Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience a must. Additional Job Details: Candidate must speak Spanish fluently.
