$1749 - $3413/wk Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines. Quick Facts

• 8 hr days, 8:30 am 5 pm 1 weekend/month required
• 3 5 patients per day; 2 start of care visits per day
• Home health setting visits in homes, assisted livings, and senior care
• Ortho, cardio, pulmonary, oncology, neuro, geriatric, and amputee cases
• EMR: HomeCare Home Base (HCHB)
• OASIS documentation experience required
• 2 years healthcare experience required home health preferred
