Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Rapid Response Duration: 6 weeks Shift: 19:00-07:00 Hours per Shift: 48 Experience: Minimum 1 year current acute care hospital ICU experience License: Valid nursing license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Must-Have: Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum 1 year current acute care hospital ICU experience. BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications are required. Description: The role is for a Registered Nurse in the Rapid Response specialty. This position requires the ability to respond to emergencies swiftly. You will be part of a critical care team providing patient care in high-stress situations. The typical patient ratio is 1:2. The unit has equipment including balloon pumps, CRRT, hypothermia devices, and cardioversion tools. Central lines and medication drips are also managed in this setting. Candidates should have experience working in an acute care environment. A positive attitude, organization, and efficiency are essential traits for success in this role. Prior experience with specific medical equipment and technology will be beneficial. This position does not allow for any requested time off or special scheduling.
