What You’ll Do Prepare and stage materials used in pharmaceutical manufacturing Measure, weigh, and mix materials according to production procedures Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment Record production data, batch information, and quality checks Follow GMP guidelines and standard operating procedures Perform routine equipment setup, cleaning, and sanitization Assist with troubleshooting and continuous process improvements Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment Collaborate with team members to meet production goals What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in manufacturing, food production, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, laboratories, or other regulated environments preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures Basic math skills and comfort working with measurements Ability to accurately complete documentation and production records Ability to lift materials and work in a manufacturing setting Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Why Join Us? Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
