Hours: 8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch) aligned with Central or Pacific time Interview Process: 3 rounds via video. Position is not technical, though the candidate will be interviewed based on project management and scheduling skills Project: The role is for a Sr Project Manager II (Master Scheduler) on the HI HAP/EDW DDI Project. The DDI is at a critical stage with delivery of remaining deliverables, and continuation of the customer relationship. Responsibilities: Manage detailed project schedule for 10 workstreams and partner with State resources as needed to maintain integrated schedule Setting up/maintaining predecessor and successor task and milestones in the schedule Ensure project schedule passes all Federal checks (standards) and submitting weekly Resource leveling the project schedule Calculating CPI, SPI, BEI Manage project contract deliverables and artifacts tracking and submission to State repository Provide overall project management support including risk/issue management to ensure on time delivery Lead/attend ~25 standing meetings each week; additional meetings scheduled as needed. Required: 5+ years of Microsoft Project experience - working with multiple project schedules 5+ years of IT Project Management experience 3+ years of working hands-on with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle 2+ years experience with enterprise data warehouse solutions 2+ years experience working with State Governments PMP certification Preferred: Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) session Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) Proficiency with MS Visio What will set candidates apart: Meeting all of the attributes in the ideal candidate background section.
