Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with precision and care.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a line cook or in a similar role.
- Working knowledge of the fundamentals of food preparation and cooking.
- Serve safe certified, with a preference for a DABS certification
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary arts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Nights, weekends, and holidays are required.
