We’re looking for a hands‑on, motivated Small Engine Mechanic & Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This is a versatile, full‑time role for someone who enjoys a mix of mechanical work and occasional help with landscape maintenance. What You’ll Do: Fleet & Equipment Maintenance: Diagnose and repair small engines (mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, etc.) Perform basic maintenance on company trucks and trailers (oil changes, brakes, lights, tires, etc.) Keep equipment safe, reliable, and field‑ready Maintain service records and track repairs Landscaping Support (as needed): Operate lawn and landscape equipment for seasonal or daily support Assist with mowing, trimming, cleanups, and general groundskeeping Support team during busy seasons with property maintenance Why Coastal?
