Design Engineer

Job Description Job Description Summary: Designs harsh-environment connectors, cable assemblies, and hull penetrators for subsea applications, taking products from concept through production-ready designs. Key Responsibilities Design complex products for harsh subsea environments. Develop concepts, prototypes, drawings, and production documentation. Collaborate with customers, Quality, Purchasing, Engineering, and Manufacturing. Support initial product builds, tooling, and manufacturing processes. Maintain product drawings and assembly instructions using engineering and MRP software. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of design engineering experience preferred. Strong SOLIDWORKS 3D CAD, 2D drafting, and mechanical design skills. Strong communication, organization, and customer collaboration skills. Ability to occasionally travel.
