Strides Therapy & Educational Services is a well-established interdisciplinary private practice that specializes in providing comprehensive speech and language services to individuals of all ages. Our team consists of Speech Language Pathologists, Speech Language Pathology Assistants, Occupational Therapists, and Special Educators. We are currently seeking a Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. Feeding, Bilingual (English/Spanish), and/or AAC experience preferred but not required.The candidate must be available to work after school hours. A typical week's schedule will include working 3 days from 10-7, and two days from 8-5, with one of the earlier days on Friday. Every day includes an hour lunch break. Day-to-day tasks: complete formal evaluations, develop plans of care, plan and conduct therapy, complete progress reports, complete discharge summaries, educate family and caregivers, communicate with families and team members as needed, collaborate with our/client's multidisciplinary team, cleaning/sanitizing of used materials, and keeping workspace tidySoft skills: strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, organized, self-starter, compassionate, creative, confidentWhat our employees say about working for us:"Culture is friendly and inclusive.""Everyone is very supportive and willing to help each other."
