Complete documentation and progress notes in a timely manner. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Adhere to agency and client policies, scheduled shifts, and required certifications. Maintain professional standards and continuity of care throughout the 13‑week assignment. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia (or other required states). Valid state license and unrestricted credentials. Current board certification or eligibility to obtain certification in Clinical Orthopedics, Neurology, or related specialty preferred.
