Position Overview

As a Team Member, you are a key part of delivering the Dunkin' experience our guests love. You'll prepare food and beverages, provide friendly and efficient service, and help keep the restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly-all while maximizing your earning potential through credit card tips.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare food and beverages following Dunkin' standards and recipes
Provide fast, friendly, guest-focused service
Assemble, package, and serve guest orders accurately
Operate POS systems at the front counter or drive-thru
Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and limited-time offers
Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards
Keep workstations clean, stocked, and organized
Meet speed-of-service goals in a fast-paced environment
Work collaboratively with managers and teammates
Stock and organize supplies in storage and refrigerated areas

Education & Experience

No prior experience required - we provide paid training!

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods
Repetitive motions including bending, reaching, and stooping
