Travel RN Wound Care

Location: Salem, Virginia

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Travel RN specializing in Wound Care, who will operate autonomously to provide essential wound care for inpatient patients. This role will involve consulting and making recommendations, as well as performing procedures related to wound management.

Responsibilities:

• Consult for wound care recommendations and treatments.
• Perform weekly follow-ups on wound care patients.
• Teach patients about new ostomy care.
• Manage complex wound vacs and fistulas.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Wound Care experience required.
• WOCN certification is mandatory.
• Ability to function independently in a clinical environment.
