If you enjoy staying active, working in a fast-paced environment, and being rewarded for your performance, this opportunity offers strong earning potential and career growth.Our associates play a critical role in keeping products moving efficiently throughout the supply chain while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.What You'll DoSelect and build customer orders throughout the warehouseOperate warehouse equipment, including: Single and double electric pallet jacksReach trucksForklifts (as required)Use VoCollect systems, RF scanners, and pick tickets to accurately select productsMeet productivity and quality standardsFollow all safety procedures and company policiesAssist with additional warehouse duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 2 years of experience operating a ride-on electric pallet jackPrevious warehouse order selecting experience preferredStrong work ethic and dependable attendanceSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyAbility to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyFlexibility to work extended hours when neededCommitment to workplace safetyPhysical RequirementsFrequent walking throughout the warehouse during the shiftAbility to stand for extended periodsComfortable working on concrete flooringAbility to work in varying warehouse temperaturesAbility to safely perform the physical demands of warehouse workWhy Capstone Logistics?People want to work at Capstone because of our high-performance culture.
