About The Role This role is responsible for providing great customer service by completing the day‑to‑day administrative tasks that keep business running smoothly. Primary Responsibilities Providing excellent customer service over the phone, in person, and via email Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients Managing the front desk by helping clients prepare for their visits Scheduling client appointments Supporting mental health providers with administrative requests Client insurance benefits verification #J-18808-Ljbffr
