Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical building system solutions for commercial projects
- Evaluate project requirements and assist with system recommendations
- Conduct site assessments and collaborate with internal project teams
- Prepare engineering designs, layouts, and accompanying documentation
- Provide technical guidance throughout project execution
- Support project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Experience with commercial building systems and mechanical design
- Background in HVAC system design and load calculations
- Proficiency with CAD and related design software
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
