Job Title

Travel RN – Cardiac Cath Lab

Location

Fort Walton Beach, Florida

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM | 13-Week Assignment | STEMI Call required approximately 10–12 days per month

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care within a 7-bed Cardiac Cath Lab holding unit, supporting a full range of interventional and structural heart procedures
• Perform and assist with procedures including PCI, TAVR, PFO closure, atherectomy, right and left heart catheterization, Impella/IABP, implants, DCCV, and TEE
• Operate and monitor specialized equipment including GE Innova imaging systems and Impella devices
• Document patient care accurately using MacLab and Meditech documentation systems
• Participate in STEMI call coverage and float within related departments including EP and Stress Lab as needed
• Deliver high-quality patient experience in alignment with unit and facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Proficiency with Impella, IABP, IFR, and FFR
• Experience with structural heart procedures and PCI

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with PFO closure and TAVR procedures
• Familiarity with MacLab and Meditech documentation platforms
• Experience working in a high-volume interventional cardiology environment
