The team focuses on durable, high-quality installations that meet the demanding needs of industrial and commercial environments. Role Description The Estimator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tempe, AZ. The Estimator will review project plans, specifications, and site conditions to prepare accurate cost estimates for concrete coatings and flooring projects. Responsibilities include performing material take-offs, calculating labor and equipment needs, and developing detailed proposals for industrial and commercial clients. The role involves collaborating with project managers, sales staff, and installation crews to clarify scope, adjust estimates, and support project budgeting. The Estimator will also maintain pricing databases, track project costs, and assist with bid submissions and client follow-ups. Qualifications Strong estimating and analytical skills, including experience with take-offs, cost calculations, and proposal preparation for construction or flooring projects. Basic knowledge of concrete coatings, epoxy and urethane systems, or related construction materials and methods is preferred. Proficiency with spreadsheets and estimating or construction management software, along with solid numerical and data-entry skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities, including working with project teams, vendors, and clients in a professional manner. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in construction estimating, flooring, or concrete-related trades is strongly beneficial.
