Benefits Earn $90,000-$130,000+ per year Compensation: $35.00–$55.00 per hour Monday-Friday schedule — No weekends Family-owned shop with over 40 years of success 401(k) with 4% company match Profit Sharing Health coverage options including dental assistance, vision, and long-term disability $500 Lifestyle Savings Account (LSA) to use toward ASE certifications, student loans, pet care, wellness, and more Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates Busy, well-organized shop with consistent workflow Leadership team that's onsite and invested in your success What You'll Do Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns Complete engine, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and drivetrain repairs Perform preventative maintenance as needed Accurately document inspections and repair recommendations Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Collaborate with a professional, team-oriented shop Qualifications Required 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience A-Level or strong B-Level technician skills Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Ability to work independently Valid driver's license Own professional automotive tools Preferred ASE Certifications Experience with multiple makes and models Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic experience Why Hamburg, NJ?
