Every detail of the KAC experience is designed so that members feel known, cared for, and at home from the moment they walk through the door.We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join KAC as Assistant General Manager. This is a broad operational role that supports the General Manager across all aspects of club management — from front desk oversight and member communications to vendor coordination and day-to-day service delivery.You are not a department head. You are the person who makes sure everything runs — that the front desk team is performing, that members are heard and responded to, and that no operational detail falls through the cracks. You operate with maturity, discretion, and a genuine commitment to the KAC standard.Front Desk and Member ServicesOversee daily front desk operations and ensure service standards are consistently met across all shiftsCoach and support the front desk team in real time — leading by example, not from behind a deskServe as the escalation point for member concerns that require managerial judgmentEnsure every member interaction — in person, by phone, text, and email — reflects KAC's concierge-level standardMember CommunicationsManage and coordinate outbound member communications across all channelsMaintain deep familiarity with member preferences, routines, and household detailsWork closely with the GM to draft, review, and send member-facing correspondenceSupport member onboarding and ensure new members feel welcomed from day oneOperations SupportSupport the GM across a broad range of operational workstreams including programming, vendor coordination, and facilitiesIdentify operational gaps and bring solutions — not just problems — to the GMMaintain internal documentation, SOPs, and operational logsAssist with staff scheduling and coverage planningWhat We're Looking For5+ years of experience in private club, luxury hotel, boutique fitness, or high-end hospitality managementA hands-on operator who is equally comfortable on the floor and behind a spreadsheetStrong written and verbal communication — polished, warm, and precise across all channelsProven experience managing or mentoring front-facing service teamsCalm under pressure with sound judgment and a high degree of discretionGenuine passion for member experience and the details that make it exceptionalProficiency with booking and club management systemsScheduleThis is a full-time position requiring 5 shifts per week.
