Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time Day & Night Shifts

Arlington Senior Living – Macon, GA

Arlington Senior Living is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in Full-Time Day and Night Shift positions.

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

• Assist residents with meals and daily routines

• Provide medication reminders as directed

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

• Develop meaningful relationships with residents and their families

• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition or behavior to the nursing team

• Accurately document care provided

• Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and other members of the care team

What We’re Looking For

• Current Georgia CNA certification

• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to resident care

• Reliable and dependable attendance

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work independently while also being part of a team

• Must be at least 18 years old and have valid identification

• Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening
