Front Desk We are looking for an individual who shows grace under pressure, prefers a fast‑paced environment, pays great attention to detail, maintains a positive customer‑service philosophy, and has strong retention skills. Scheduling appointments Answering telephones Assisting clients and patients Preparing and maintaining medical charts Accepting and discharging patients Retail sales Completing financial transactions Vaccine reminders Client education Filing Requirements: type at least 35 wpm, be computer literate, lift up to 30 pounds, and preferably have prior experience in a similar role. Veterinary Technicians and Assistants Responsibilities: Daily treatments and monitoring of hospital patients Assisting doctors with surgeries and procedures Monitoring anesthesia Assisting with outpatient appointments Radiology Client communication and education Pharmacy duties Collecting and processing laboratory specimens Hospital and equipment maintenance Preferred: previous veterinary field experience. Boarding Assistants Responsibilities: Managing all aspects of the boarding facility Caring for hospitalized cats Feeding and tracking appetite and elimination Monitoring behavior and health changes in cats Cleaning and laundry Conducting interactive play sessions and light grooming for boarders Leading hospital tours of the facility Requirements: excellent work ethic, fast learning, positive demeanor, teamwork. No prior experience required. Position involves standing, lifting, and bending.
