We are seeking a detail-oriented warehouse associate to join our dynamic team. The warehouse associate will play a crucial role in preparing essential components and materials for our production and assembly lines. This role involves organizing parts, assembling kits according to predefined specifications, and ensuring all items are in optimal condition and ready for use. Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments and verify product quantities and quality.
• Unload, sort, and organize materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (if certified).
• Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies.
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Support other warehouse and production activities as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to accurately identify, assemble, and check parts and materials for kits.
• Organizational Skills: Strong aptitude for managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining organization in a busy environment.
• Physical Stamina: Capability to stand, bend, lift, and move materials weighing up to 30 lbs regularly.
• Communication Skills: Proficient in conveying information clearly and effectively to team members and supervisors.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot minor issues with materials or equipment and recommend appropriate solutions.
