Core responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC/R equipment.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to extend equipment life.
Diagnose and troubleshoot performance issues and failures.
Adhere to safety and environmental regulations without compromise.
Deliver excellent customer service with clear, timely communication.
Document work performed and track parts used with accuracy.
Collaborate with teammates to refine processes and elevate quality.
Keep pace with industry trends and new HVAC/R technologies.
Service radius, 2 hours.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC/R technical certification preferred.
3-5 Year experience HVAC/R with commercial service/install experience.
Proven experience as an HVAC/R technician, preferably in commercial settings.
Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC/R systems, components, and tools.
Ability to read/interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Strong analytical troubleshooting and attention to detail.
Valid "Real Id" drivers license and clean driving record (required).
Clean MVR and Background for high clearance locations.
Clear communicator with a customer-first mindset.
Works well independently and within a team.
