What You'll Be Doing

• Provide  personalized, play-based therapy to pediatric clients (ages birth–18) in their home, daycare, and/or school environments
• Use your insight and empathy to  support families as partners in progress
• Think like a builder: contribute to  improving workflows, systems, and operations
• Take ownership of your caseload and  communicate directly and transparently with our team
• Develop creative marketing ideas and collaborate to  grow our referral base
• Be open to helping with  speech-adjacent tasks that support the bigger picture
• Willing to  learn (or already familiar with)documentation practices
• Travel locally to client homes within Polk County, exclusively.
• Compensation will increase with promotions.

Who You Are

• A licensed  SLPA through the Florida Department of Health (required)
• Level 2 background check or willingness to complete it.
• Eager to grow , improve, and actively participate in shaping the way we work
• Experienced in pediatric settings and confident managing families and progress independently
• Excited by the pace of startups — you see challenges as opportunities, not roadblocks
• Skilled (or willing to learn) in  marketing and relationship-building with referral sources
• Naturally curious, driven, and ready to  learn billing systems , organize workflows, and take the lead when needed
• Tech-savvy with a personal laptop for documentation
• Reliable transportation and solid time-management skills
