MIS DATA QUALITY ANALYST

City/State: Yonkers, New York Grant Funded: Yes Department: CMO - Technical Services Work Shift: Day Work Days: MON-FRI Scheduled Hours: 8 AM-4:30 PM Scheduled Daily Hours: 7.5 HOURS Pay Range: $82,400.14-$103,000.17 Provide Quality Oversight, Reporting and Remediation for technical solutions developed by MIS to support InCK and BAHN HH programs. Support daily file exchange with NYS DOH MAPP. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Master's preferred. 5 years of experience in a data quality-focused role with process quality exposure (or M.S. and 3 years of experience in a similar role) Technical: • Solid understanding of complex relational data structures • Solid proficiency in SQL. Ability to write complex queries against multiple large tables. • Ability to understand complex operational workflows and the associated data flows • Working knowledge of quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods and best practices General: • Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Outstanding attention to detail • Good understanding of SDLC • Healthcare experience is strongly preferred • Experience with NYS Medicaid programs and policies is a big plus Montefiore Medical Center is an equal employment opportunity employer.
