Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Description

Job Description

Find Your Center.

Inclusive • Ethical • Evidenced-Based • Compassionate Care

Join Riley ABA & Autism Center

You’re an experienced RBT. You know the difference between a clinic that  says they support you… and one that actually does.

At Riley ABA, we have built something different - a center-based environment where you have the tools, support, and consistency to do your best work (and actually enjoy it).

Why RBTs Choose Riley ABA:

Early Intervention That Matters
Work with children ages 2–5 in a setting where progress is real, measurable, and rewarding.

A Center You’ll Actually Love Being In
17,000 sq ft of purpose-built therapy space =
✔ Huge outdoor playground
✔ Indoor play town
✔ Sensory gym
✔ Endless reinforcers (no more “making do”)

Actual Clinical Support & Presence (Not Just a Title)
You’ll be backed by a strong clinical team of 7 BCBAs who are present, involved, and invested in your growth. Our owner is also a BCBA, too!

Culture That Feels Good
We’re inclusive, team-oriented, and cheer each other on. No cliques or toxic vibes. No being left on your own to "figure it out". We proudly celebrate clients and staff with different backgrounds, beliefs and cultures.

Easy Commute
Walk from the streetcar or drive in from Plaza/downtown. We are super accessible.

What You’ll Be Doing (aka what you’re already great at):

• 1:1 + small group ABA therapy (NET + structured teaching)

• Implementing behavior plans designed by BCBAs

• Tracking progress + data collection

• Collaborating with families + caregivers

• Making meaningful impact every single day

Let’s Talk Benefits (because they matter) :

→ No canceled sessions = no lost pay
