Responsibilities What you’ll do: Build relationships with new and existing customers through service and proactive outreach Identify customer needs and recommend deposit, lending, and other financial solutions Process teller and platform transactions accurately and efficiently Collaborate with Univest partners to create a seamless customer experience Support branch goals, compliance standards, and day-to-day operations Qualifications What you bring: High school diploma or equivalent Experience in retail sales, banking, or a customer-facing environment Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to balance service and sales priorities Comfort using technology and Microsoft Office tools Previous banking experience and NMLS registration are a plus Wage Range The salary for this position starts at $25.00/hr Benefits Health insurance: Medical, dental, and vision coverage for individuals and families, beginning the first of the month after your start date Retirement plan: Participation in our 401(k) plan with up to a 3% employer match after 6 months of employment Paid time off: 15 days per year, prorated in your first year Short-term disability: 12 weeks of sick time with a doctor’s note after 6 months of service Holiday time off: 11 paid holidays Company-paid life insurance: Plus access to additional supplemental insurance options Tuition reimbursement Employee wellness programs: Including fitness club discounts and annual reimbursement Loan product discounts Professional development: Ongoing training and support to help you grow An Equal Opportunity Employer.
