Job TitleThe purpose of this position is to assist with the management, development, and evaluation of the Community Care and Referral Coordination Departments, providing administrative support and contributing to the facilitation of effective and efficient specialty care delivery systems.*THIS IS NOT A VIRTUAL POSITION, YOU MUST LIVE WITHIN OR BE WILLING TO RELOCATE WITHIN A COMMUTABLE DISTANCE OF THE DUTY LOCATION*Duties include but are not limited to the following:Collects and analyzes program dataPrepares reports and presentations for program leadershipIdentifies trends and proposes program improvementsInterprets and applies program policiesConducts compliance monitoring and supports corrective actionsCoordinates workflow and process improvement initiativesTracks project milestones and follows up with stakeholdersDevelops and delivers staff training materialsResolves issues regarding referrals, authorizations, and billingMaintains program records and ensures data integrityDevelops and presents information to staff and stakeholdersWork Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pmRecruitment & Relocation Incentives: Not authorizedCritical Skills Incentive (CSI): Not approved US Department of Veterans Affairs
