Project Manager - Commercial

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to lead and execute ground-up and tenant improvement projects across the Los Angeles market. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle-from preconstruction through closeout-while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a high-impact role for someone who can operate independently, coordinate across field and office teams, and drive project success in a fast-paced commercial construction environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Proven experience managing ground-up or tenant improvement (TI) projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with Los Angeles permitting and inspection processes is a plus
• Proficiency with project management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
