As Director of Day Services Programming, you’ll oversee strategy, develop high‑performing teams, and ensure innovative, person‑centered services that create meaningful inclusion and measurable outcomes. What You’ll Do Lead Program Strategy & Innovation – Design, implement, and continuously improve engaging, person‑centered day service programming. Oversee Staff Leadership & Development – Recruit, coach, and develop high‑performing teams while fostering accountability and service excellence. Ensure Quality & Compliance – Maintain compliance with DODD, Medicaid, and agency standards while ensuring safe, high‑quality services. Drive Operational Excellence – Oversee scheduling, staffing, budgets, and program performance to ensure consistency and fiscal responsibility. Monitor Outcomes & Program Growth – Use data, quality assurance, and reporting to evaluate success and identify opportunities for improvement. Support Strategic Growth – Partner with executive leadership to expand services, strengthen partnerships, and drive long‑term organizational growth. Provide Direct Leadership Presence – Deliver direct services weekly and maintain visibility within programming to support connection and quality oversight. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred) 3+ years of leadership experience in developmental disabilities or human services Strong knowledge of compliance, staffing, and program operations Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Valid Ohio driver’s license and reliable transportation #J-18808-Ljbffr
