Summary:
- As a Customer Service Associate, you will guide the team responsible for assigning tasks related to resolving complex day-to-day and escalated issues
Team Overview:
- They will have a workstation, 1 person job but there are supervisors onsite
Resource's typical working day:
- Could require movement of 50lbs
- Rest of the role is data entry
- Creating tags from information, putting tags on boxes and then sorting the boxes
- They do create shipping request, shipping labels
Must Have Skills:
- Concentrate and give them a full work day
- Basic computer skills
- They have a shipping program, entering data
- Have to decipher address that are international
- They will be trained
- Show up at work
- Needs to be focused
Education
- Pretty baseline
Software skills:
- Basic Computer Skills
