This role sits at the intersection of consumer behavior, growth strategy, monetization, and product experience.The ideal candidate combines strong product instincts with analytical rigor and has deep experience driving growth in subscription, marketplace, or consumer technology businesses.What You'll DoDefine and execute the long-term strategy for subscription plans and tiering, and evaluate new monetization opportunities.Drive plan portfolio evolution across tiers and plans, including students plans and emerging offeringsBuild differentiated experiences tailored to distinct consumer segments, behaviors, and willingness-to-pay profilesPartner with Pricing, Finance, Data Science, and Other Product teams to optimize our offering.Translate user insights, market trends, and behavioral data into clear product opportunities and prioritization decisionsDefine success metrics and own experimentation frameworks to evaluate customer and business impactCollaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Research, and Analytics teams to deliver high-impact customer experiences at scaleBalance customer value, revenue outcomes, operational complexity, and platform scalability in product decisionsInfluence executive stakeholders with clear communication, strategic thinking, and data-informed recommendationsStay current on industry trends across streaming, subscriptions, creator ecosystems, and digital consumer productsWhat We're Looking For10 + years of product management experience building and scaling consumer-facing digital productsStrong experience in subscriptions, monetization, growth, pricing & packaging, membership programs, or marketplace ecosystemsProven track record driving measurable business outcomes such as subscriber growth, conversion, retention, engagement, or revenue expansionDeep understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, customer segmentation, and lifecycle optimizationStrong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform product strategy and prioritizationExperience leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Finance, and MarketingAbility to simplify complex problems and align teams around a clear product visionExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior leadershipCustomer-obsessed mindset with strong product intuition and attention to user experience detailsExperience working in streaming, media, entertainment, SaaS, fintech, marketplaces, or subscription-based businesses is strongly preferredNice to HaveExperience managing multi-tier subscription ecosystems across international marketsFamiliarity with pricing strategy, promotions, billing systems, or commerce platformsExperience with personalization, recommendations, or machine learning-driven growth systemsWhy This Role MattersPlans and tiering are central to how customers experience value and how the business grows sustainably.
