This role supports the development and deployment of software solutions that meet customer requirements and operate in scalable, highly available environments. The role involves designing, implementing, and testing software components using technologies such as virtualization, microservices, software-defined networking, network functions virtualization, and big data platforms. The position requires collaboration with engineering teams and adherence to detailed instructions under close supervision to complete routine technical assignments. The role will also contribute to developing and supporting processes, systems, and software solutions used by front-line call center organizations supporting prepaid and postpaid business operations. Success is measured by the ability to deliver functional software stacks, maintain clear documentation, and contribute to continuous system improvements. The work impacts organizational capabilities by enabling advanced software solutions that enhance system performance and support business objectives. The candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role.
