Energy Transactions Attorney - M&A & Contracts (Remote)

BKV Corporation seeks an Associate Attorney to provide legal support across commercial transactions, governance, and regulatory matters in oil & gas, power, and related sectors. You will draft, review, and negotiate agreements, assist with mergers and acquisitions, and advise internal clients on day-to-day legal issues.
This role requires a J.D., bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, and 1–3 years of relevant experience. Hybrid work is possible; Denver or Houston locations preferred.
