Senior Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner - 125K - 175K plus Bonus!

Growing Investment Banking Boutique located in Midtown Manhattan is looking to hire a Senior Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner. This role will lead full-cycle recruiting across all business areas while helping build and enhance the firm's talent acquisition strategy and onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruiting across all departments and levels. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates within financial services talent markets. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring hires. Manage ATS, candidate tracking, interview coordination, and recruiting analytics. Partner with hiring managers and external search firms to ensure successful hiring outcomes. Coordinate onboarding, including background checks, documentation, and new hire setup. Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, and candidate experience. Monitor market trends and provide talent intelligence to leadership. Requirements Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within financial services, private equity, investment management, fintech, or a high-growth environment. Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other talent platforms. Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with ATS platforms, HR systems, and AI-enabled recruiting tools. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
