Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shop & Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position requires an individual who is mechanically inclined, organized, and capable of handling a variety of warehouse, maintenance, and delivery responsibilities.

The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and assist with the day-to-day operations of our shop and warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain chipping hammers, generators, blowers, and other equipment
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance, including inspections and minor repairs
• Receive, organize, and maintain inventory
• Load and unload trucks and deliveries
• Pick up merchandise, parts, and supplies from vendors
• Deliver equipment and materials to job sites as needed
• Keep shop and warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with inventory control and stocking
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Perform general warehouse and shop duties as assigned
• Effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with small equipment repair
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shop, construction, or equipment maintenance experience
• Experience operating warehouse equipment and tools
• Familiarity with inventory management and vendor pickups
