Infection Preventionist ( RN )

Excelcare at the Pines is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Infection Preventionist (RN) to lead and oversee our infection control and prevention program within our skilled nursing facility. This role is responsible for monitoring, investigating, and preventing infections to ensure the health and safety of our residents, staff, and visitors. The Infection Preventionist collaborates with clinical leadership to implement evidence-based practices, maintain regulatory compliance, and provide ongoing education to staff. Current, unencumbered, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey. General knowledge of professional basic nursing, restorative, and personal care services. #J-18808-Ljbffr
