Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE) + Monthly Team Performance Bonus!

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM (Enjoy a 3-Day Weekend!)

Your Role as a Clinical Partner:

• Side-by-Side Excellence: Partner with our dentists to provide high-quality restorative and preventive care.
• The Tech Expert: Utilize digital scans and X-rays to assist in accurate diagnostics and patient education.
• Safety First: Manage instrument sterilization and operatory turnover with strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Patient Advocacy: Ensure every patient feels comfortable and "carefree" from the moment they sit in the chair.
• Administrative Support: Help keep the "heartbeat" of the office steady by assisting with records and front-office flow when needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years of clinical Dental Assisting experience is required.
• Licensure: Valid Arizona Dental Assistant License and X-ray Certification.
• The Mindset: A friendly, "patient-first" demeanor with a knack for multitasking in a small team environment.
