Retail Ops Lead: Customer WOW & Team Growth
Five Below
Five Below in Red Wing, MN is seeking a store leadership role to coach crew, deliver WOW customer service, and oversee daily operations. The position requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
You will train associates, manage opening and closing procedures, and collaborate with the store leadership team on merchandising and efficiency initiatives.
