Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide clinical supervision and ongoing case oversight Supervise and mentor RBTs and mid-level staff Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust programming Maintain accurate, ethical, and compliant documentation Requirements (Must-Have)

Active BCBA certification (BACB) Experience working with children with autism Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to pass background screening ✨
