RN

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care during day shifts. The RN will be responsible for patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care. This full-time role requires strong communication skills, clinical expertise, and at least 2 years of experience in a hospital or related healthcare setting. Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and monitor patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.
• Provide patient education and support as needed.
• Participate in case management and discharge planning.

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
• Minimum of 2 years hospital, home health, or hospice care experience.
• Clinical assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driver's license, car insurance, and automobile for field work if applicable.

• Experience in Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, or Operating Room specialties.
• Previous experience covering leave of absences or temporary assignments.

• Full-time day shift coverage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• May require collaboration with multiple departments and healthcare providers.

• Full-time day shift schedule.
• Shifts assigned to cover leave of absences with consistent daytime hours.
