City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Business Operations Manager to recruit, onboard, and oversee compliance for our Independent Contractor network in Cincinnati and Dayton. You will partner with contractors, operations leaders, and internal teams to maintain a qualified, engaged, and compliant network that supports growth. You will manage recruiting campaigns, onboarding documentation, and background checks, while ensuring policy compliance and accurate records. #J-18808-Ljbffr
