Marketing Assistant

The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Marketing Director to support Arbor Fertility and its partner organizations, Acts of Kindness (AOK) Embryo Donation and P.A.R.I.N.T.S., through creative storytelling, digital marketing, and community engagement. Responsibilities include creating and scheduling social media content, managing online engagement, assisting with Google Ads, supporting website updates, and helping execute marketing initiatives. Because Arbor is a collaborative, team-oriented practice, this role will also provide occasional support with basic Medical Assistant duties in the clinic as needed, such as preparing marketing materials for patients, assisting nurses, room turnover, stocking supplies, or helping the clinical team during busy periods. No direct patient care responsibilities are required. This is a part-time, in person position with occasional remote work, ideal for someone who is creative, organized, self-motivated, and excited to make a meaningful impact while supporting both our marketing and clinical teams. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Social Media Create engaging, on-brand graphics, videos, and captions for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms. Schedule and publish content while maintaining a consistent editorial calendar. Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster online community engagement. Digital Marketing Assist with Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance monitoring. Track social media and advertising analytics and prepare performance reports. Help optimize campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions. Website & Marketing Support Assist with website updates, including blogs, images, and copy edits. Support SEO and website optimization initiatives. Assist with marketing campaigns, community outreach, and special events. Clinic & Administrative Support Provide administrative support to the clinical team. Assist with occasional Medical Assistant and clinic support duties as needed, including stocking supplies, preparing patient materials, room turnover, and supporting clinic operations during high-volume days. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in social media, marketing, communications, or related fields (internship or freelance experience welcome). Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok (posting, reels, stories, and analytics). Proficient with Canva or other design tools for creating engaging content. Experience with Google Ads Basic knowledge of website editing Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent written communication and creativity.
