What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing positions
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and training
• Support employee relations and assist supervisors with workplace concerns
• Maintain HRIS records and employee documentation
• Assist with FMLA, leave administration, and HR compliance
• Conduct and document workplace investigations
• Support employee engagement initiatives, internship programs, and retention efforts
• Help ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices across multiple locations

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources, HR Generalist work, Recruiting, Employee Relations, HR Administration, or Talent Acquisition preferred

OR

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
• Experience with HRIS systems, onboarding, compliance, or employee relations is a plus
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
