Physical Therapist

Days with occasional weekend shifts/rotation.

Holiday coverage required.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Orthopedic, Neuro, Inpatient, and Outpatient services.
• MUST HAVE proficient electronic medical records experience of at least 2 years.
• EPIC experience preferred.
• Must have an active state license.

Plan and administer medically prescribed Physical Therapy treatments.

Work with patients suffering from injuries, or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases.

Focus on restoring function, relieving pain, and preventing disability.
