Solomons Nursing and Rehab in Solomons, MD is looking for an experience Weekend RN Supervisor. As a Registered Nurse RN Supervisor on our team, you will make a meaningful impact on the lives of our extended family. In turn, we are dedicated to ensuring our team of caregivers feel the same compassion provided to the residents.

Schedule: Every other Saturday & Sunday 7a-11p

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Maryland or Compact State

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in long-term care/skilled nursing setting.

• CPR certification.

• Proficiency in healthcare software (PCC)

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Supervise all nursing operations, including employee activities and quality of patient care.

• Assist in the development and implementation of patient-care programs, policies and procedures.
