The Senior HR Business Partner is a strategic advisor to the Digital Technology leadership team, guiding innovative workforce strategies, leadership development, and aligning HR strategies to business priorities and transformation. The HR Business Partner translates strategies into actionable solutions, enabling leaders to achieve their objectives while building workforce capability, engagement, and readiness. What You Will Do Serve as a trusted HR advisor to leadership, influencing workforce strategies to meet business objectives Partner with leaders on talent planning, performance management, succession planning, capability development, and organizational effectiveness Assess workforce readiness and cultural impact of major initiatives; identify risks and mitigation strategies Translate data and emerging trends into business impact Offer insights & actionable recommendations to enhance leadership capabilities & team performance Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the business environment to proactively address challenges & opportunities within Raytheon and Enterprise Services Collaborate with HR Center of Expertise (CoEs), HR peers, and business leaders to support enterprise-wide transformation and change initiatives across the function including communications, training, and capability-building. Drive adoption of new operating models, workforce strategies, and ways of working to align with enterprise objectives and transformation roadmaps Deliver executive-ready reports, presentations, and recommendations. The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
